Having come from both a recruitment and teaching background, we believe  we have the right knowledge and expertise to successfully meet the needs of our candidates and schools. We want to create something special, providing a premium service to positively impact learning and development.

Mitch has a teaching degree and is an Australian who ventured over to seek new opportunities, explore Europe and develop his teaching ability. Having had experiences with multiple agencies, he has since understood what it is that teachers desire and what an agency can do to help reach candidate goals.

Andy’s expertise is derived from his previous recruitment employment where he has 7 years education recruitment experience in London. Having worked with over 500 schools and placing over 1000 candidates in London schools, he is passionate about building positive relationships to find the right role for the right candidate.
